Davis - AP Picture

I am entering my 12th year in education and my 5th year as an assistant principal. Throughout my career, I have remained committed to academic excellence, student achievement, and creating positive school cultures that support the success of all learners.

Before transitioning into school leadership, I served in several instructional and leadership roles, including Instructional Coach, Dean of Students, Grade Level Chairperson, and Science Department Chair. These experiences provided me with a strong foundation in curriculum and instruction, teacher development, student support, and collaborative leadership.

As an assistant principal, I am dedicated to fostering high expectations, building meaningful relationships with students, families, and staff, and creating an environment where every student has the opportunity to succeed. I am passionate about supporting teachers, promoting student engagement, and implementing strategies that strengthen both academic and social-emotional growth.

I am currently pursuing my Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) in Educational Leadership at Capella University, further reinforcing my commitment to educational leadership and continuous professional growth.

Outside of my professional responsibilities, I enjoy spending quality time with my creative and comical son, whose energy and imagination bring joy and inspiration to my life. I value family, lifelong learning, and the opportunity to positively impact the lives of students and educators each day.

I believe that strong partnerships among educators, families, and the community are essential to student success. I look forward to continuing to serve the students, staff, and families of Kennedy Road Middle School while helping to cultivate a culture of excellence, accountability, and opportunity for all.

Go Cougars!
